Congratulations to our Blacksburg Wildcats Softball team on defeating Pelion 9-0 in the first round of the SCHSL 2A playoffs!
Your Wildcats will travel to Saluda on Saturday, May 9 at 2:00 pm for the next round of action. With a win, the Wildcats will secure a trip to the district championship ON Wednesday May 13th!

Unfortunately, our varsity softball game will be canceled for this evening due to unsound field conditions. We are planning to host Chesnee tomorrow or Thursday for the region championship. Another update on the status of the game will be shared tomorrow based on how things progress at the field!

Also, the JV softball game at Lewisville on Wednesday, April 29 has been canceled.

We are proud of all the BHS and BMS band students who participated in Solo and Ensemble judication at Dorman High School on Friday evening. Both high school and middle school musicians received Superior and Excellent ratings. Congratulations!

The Institute of Innovation will host their annual Spring Fling on Saturday, April 25! There are so many fun activities for the whole p to enjoy, so come and join us!

Orders for our 100th Commemorative Christmas ornaments will be taken Saturday, April 18 at our Centennial Saturday Celebration. Completing the form linked below is an unpaid reservation of the commemorative ornament.
We will notify everyone in November when the ornaments are ready for pickup.
All orders must be paid in full by May 22, 2026. Payment may be made in the BHS Main Office- cash or check only. CCSD policy requires the check writer's name, address, phone number, date of birth, driver's license number, and its expiration date on all checks.

Let them borrow your Wildcat gear for the day as we gear up for our Centennial Community Celebration this Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

BHS is opening our doors to all alumni and our community to visit us for tours, performances, and exhibits to celebrate our Centennial on Saturday, April 18 from 10:00 AM until 2: 00 PM.
