CWEA Events

Crystal McDaniel – Director of Color Guard

Accomplishments:

In 2023, under the direction of Joanna Earls, the BHS Winter Guard started off in Scholastic Regional A and after their Preliminary performance on January 28 at Catawba Ridge High school, the CWEA circuit board reviewed their performance and approved a bump up in class to Scholastic AAA. The BHS guard won State at the South Carolina Band Directors Association on February 28, at T.L. Hanna High School and after another outstanding performance on Saturday, March 11 at River Bluff High School, the CWEA circuit board approved yet another bump in class to Scholastic AA.
